How I Got My Groove Back (a.k.a. My Second Workshop Experience 😄) The first one was in college and that was pretty awesome-want me to write about it?-let me know in the comments.. Okay...so it was my 2nd year of college when I joined vikasana the research and development team of my university... Well vikasana was like my dream destination... because it contained people of high potential and i was barely surpassing any of those capabilities like just hanging out the cliff.. joined and barely surviving...that type of intelligence and kindness was present in this group vikasana....one of the reasons for me loving vikasana even now...had a good bunch of seniors and made my journey in vikasana awesome...
